Dear Inner Self,
I come before you with a heart open to understanding and healing. I acknowledge the parts of me that are hurting, the parts that feel wounded and in need of attention.
I invite each part of me that is in pain to step forward. You are seen, you are heard, and your pain is valid. I welcome you with compassion and curiosity.
To the part of me that feels fear, I offer safety and reassurance. You are not alone.
To the part of me that feels sadness, I offer comfort and understanding. Your tears are seen.
To the part of me that feels anger, I offer a space to express and release. Your voice matters.
To the part of me that feels shame, I offer acceptance and love. You are enough just as you are.
I thank each part for its efforts to protect and help me. I honour the roles you have played, even if they have caused pain. Together, we will find new ways to heal and grow.
With each breath, I send love and compassion to all parts of myself. May we find peace and wholeness within.
